Texts From Pets (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a parent-managed, child-friendly messaging service. By using the
Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Parental Authority
The Service is for parents or legal guardians age 18+. You represent that you have authority to consent under
COPPA. Children do not access the Service directly.

Service Description
AI-generated messages are sent to the parent’s phone or email for entertainment purposes only.

AI Disclaimer
Messages may contain fictional elements or errors. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy or suitability.

Emotional Reliance Disclaimer
The Service does not replace parental guidance, emotional support, or professional care.

Subscriptions & Payments
The subscription price is $19 per year. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew annually
unless canceled. Refunds are not issued except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Texts From Pets, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

PRIVACY POLICY
We collect minimal information required to operate the Service. Information is not sold or shared.

VERIFIABLE PARENTAL CONSENT
By providing contact details, you consent to your child receiving AI-generated messages delivered to the parent.
